Position Summary: Success in this role will perform general Pharmacist duties, including but not limited to: preparing medications, completing final check on filled medications, review and approval on data entry of prescriptions, monitoring patient drug therapies and drug utilization reviews.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy. The position location is either Clearwater, Florida or Roanoke, Virginia.

Must be a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
Ability to continue to obtain licensure in additional states as required
Knowledge of drugs and their indications, contraindications, dosing, side effects, and proper administration
Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Knowledge of policies and regulations pertaining to the disbursement of pharmaceutical drugs
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
Ability to perform basic patient assessments and referrals
Strong interpersonal relation skills
Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
