As the Receptionist,You will be the first point of contact for CCS customers, clients and potential employeesYou will greet them, answer their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personYou will also perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing the phone systems, and handling mail and deliveries.  

Responsibilities

  • Greets all CCS Medical visitors 
  • Answers and directs incoming phone calls 
  • Various clerical duties as designated by the Manager 
  • Provides administrative support to the building, including clerical assistance with rosters, phone lists, voicemail messages, ordering of supplies, mailings and any other special projects 
  • Schedules meetings on behalf of Management; reserves conference rooms; assists with large meetings (door duty; catering set up; badging, etc.) 
  • Provides assistance with expense reports (VP level and above)  
  • Coordinates building decorations for holidays and special events 
  • Monitors building activities and reports suspicious activity on building grounds 
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information   
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department 
  • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements 
  • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and six months to one year reception experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Good reasoning, multi-tasking abilities and time management 
  • Maintains a professional, friendly manner at all times
