Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Developer GenAI Engineer to work with a cross-functional team of Consultants, AI, & DevOps engineers to maintain, support, (build), and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that are driving AI innovations for our healthcare clients in the contact center AI space.  

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Application Development. The position location is flexible; some travel may be required 

 

Responsibilities

  • Successfully supporting CCS’s AI platforms in Azure (and AWS) technologies.  
  • Provide break/fix support for AI platforms 
  • Develop enhancements and provide necessary maintenance to AI applications. 
  • Continuous learning of AI platforms and tools. 
  • Document technical processes to build proprietary knowledge and broaden knowledge and awareness across multi-disciplined teams. 
  • Deployment and support of AI applications and tools. 

Desired Outcomes

  • Integrating AI components into data workflows and collaborating with data scientists and data engineers.  
  • Supporting natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models and algorithms using Azure AI services.  
  • Using AI to automate processes such as sentiment analysis, image identification, recommendation systems, and chatbots.

  • Ensuring the security and compliance of machine learning systems. 
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department. 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in full stack Java/Scala development 
  • Education- Bachelor’s Degree, (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 
  • Solid understanding of: 
  • RESTful APIs 
  • MCP 
  • microservices architecture 
  • websockets 
  • HTTP/HTTPS and relevant Java Libraries 
  • Strong programming skills, in languages like Java. 
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI, with a passion for building demos and real-world applications. 
  • Empathy, humility, and a collaborative spirit when working with both customers and teammates. 
  • Works as part of a team and provides 7x24 support  
  • Hands-on experience / in-depth expertise below

  • Always maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
