Overview

With this collaborative care approach, we are redefining patient care We are seeking a passionate technologist for our AI/ML Ops engineer to maintain AI applications and tools and maintain our pipeline for our AI applications 

 

As anSr. AI/ML Ops Engineer, you will be designing and delivering enhancements using CCS’s AI Engine to help our business improve its current AI capability by scaling production applications. Your role will be to maximize business value while shortening delivery time to production. By leveraging state-of-the-art reinforcement learning technology, you will support the specialization of large language models for production deployment. You will build synthetic data pipelines to bootstrap models into production and identify signals that can be used in production to enable continuous model improvement using production feedback. We are looking for self-driven and ambitious individuals interested in supporting real-world deployments of a highly technical product. 

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Application Development. The position location is flexible; some travel may be required.  

Responsibilities

  • Automate the deployment and monitoring of AI models, collaborate with other technical teams. 
  • Use AI to automate processes such as sentiment analysis, image identification, recommendation systems, and chatbots. 
  • Manage and resolve break/fix items with the CCS AI platform. 
  • Translate technical requirements into designs, architectures, and build deployments. 
  • Potentially build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots, ensuring technical success and clear business outcomes. 
  • Build prototype fine-tuned LLMs using Adaptive Engine to showcase production-ready solutions. 
  • Ensure customer success, owning solutions end-to-end from ideation to deployment, validation, and production. 
  • Deploying and scaling ML models in production environments 
  • Automating CI/CD pipelines to account for data, code, and model changes 
  • Monitoring model performance and applying updates as needed 
  • Overlapping responsibilities with other AI functions. 
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department 
 

Desired Outcomes

  •  
  • Successfully designing, creating, and deploying AI/ML-based applications using Azure technologies.  
  • Integrating AI components into data workflows and collaborating with data scientists and data engineers.  
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models and algorithms. 
  • Automating the deployment and monitoring of AI models and collaborating with DevOps teams.  
  • Using AI to automate processes such as sentiment analysis, image identification, recommendation systems, and chatbots. 
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in development  
  • Education- Bachelor’s Degree, (BA/BS) in Information Systems from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 
  • Working experience in Azure cloud platform 
  • Strong programming skills, with Python preferred, from quick prototyping to proof-of-concept deployments.  
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of machine learning systems 
  • Works as part of a team and provides 7x24 support 
  • Always maintains a high degree of confidentiality due to access to sensitive information   
  • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements 
  • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards 
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI, with a passion for building demos and real-world applications. 
  • Empathy, humility, and a collaborative spirit when working with both customers and teammates.
