In this role, you'll help design and execute compelling online/offline campaigns, craft engaging educational content, and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize our efforts. You'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that works to help support our patients on their journey to better health.
This position reports directly to SVP, Patient Experience. We are flexible with location, but candidates must be able to work during CT or ET hours.

· Lead and Execute Patient-Focused Campaigns: Create and manage engaging communications, from email and SMS to webinars, that educate and support our patients every step of the way.
· Develop Engaging Content Across Channels: Build and curate educational materials for our website, blog, and social media platforms. Partner with our Clinical and Marketing Ops teams to maintain our editorial calendar.
· Optimize Campaigns for Impact: Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure all efforts align with both short- and long-term business goals.
· Manage Surveys and Feedback Loops: Design, implement, and report on surveys (currently in Qualtrics) to gather valuable insights and drive decision-making.
· Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams to stay aligned with initiatives like product launch timelines and strategies.
· Maintain Marketing Assets: Keep marketing-related email inboxes organized and respond to requests as needed.
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 1-3 years in lifecycle, retention, customer or content marketing.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities with attention to details. You're a pro at writing compelling briefs and developing campaigns that resonate.
· Project Management: You’re a stickler for details and excel at managing multifaceted campaigns, coordinating moving parts, and delivering results on time.
· Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and growing in the marketing, sales, and communication fields. You're always eager to take on new challenges and find ways to exceed expectations.
· Tech-Savvy Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc. Bonus points if you know Iterable! Plus, you must be comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
· Flexibility: Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for in-person meetings.
