As the Marketing Manager, Medical Field Sales, you will support CCS’s growth strategy and the evolving needs of the Medical Field Sales team, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join the Commercial Marketing team. This role will focus on executing targeted marketing initiatives for healthcare providers (HCPs) that drive field engagement, increase referrals, and support revenue growth across the diabetes business. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, promote CCS’s products and services, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts. This position requires a collaborative, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of field enablement and the healthcare

landscape.

 

Able to travel; this role will require up to 20% travel

Responsibilities

HCP-facing Marketing Execution

Drive and collaborate on the development and execution of HCP-focused marketing strategies and referral growth initiatives for Medical Field Sales (diabetes business). Leverage compelling content, omnichannel tactics, digital tools, and emerging trends to raise provider awareness, drive engagement, and increase referrals to CCS.

 

 

Strategy & Planning:

  • Contribute to integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and field sales objectives.
  • Conduct research to understand HCP behaviors, needs, and market trends.
  • Support the identification of new market opportunities and channel strategies.
  • Lead deliverables tied to positioning rollouts, in partnership with marketing leadership.
  • Track, manage, and report on budgets to ensure campaigns are on time and within scope. 

 

Campaign Management & Implementation:

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, in-field) aimed at increasing referrals and engagement.
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet key metrics, including engagement, lead generation, and referral volume, to drive effective results. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, provider-facing materials. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and future improvements. 

Brand Building & PR/Thought Leadership:

  • Ensure consistency with CCS’s brand identity across all HCP-facing materials and communications.
  • Contribute to brand-building initiatives that reinforce CCS’s value and credibility with providers and industry partners. 
  • Support PR and thought leadership efforts, including content distribution and participation in industry events (as needed). 

Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships as required by management, assessing products and services to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Oversee the execution of print and promotional items, ensuring consistency and quality control.
  • Manage the CCS eShop, including regular audits and brand-aligned creative updates.
  • Maintain the Field Sales Digital Repository (Teams) with up-to-date collateral and resources.
  • Organize and update creative assets on the Marketing SharePoint to ensure team access to current and approved materials.

Event Management:

  • Manage logistics and marketing support for industry trade shows, including booth presence, lead capture, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables and agendas for regional sales meetings, working closely with field and marketing leadership.
  • Contribute to national sales meeting planning and execution, including content development, theme alignment, and overall attendee experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Learning:

  • Partner with Sales, Enterprise Account Management, Clinical, and Operations teams to align marketing with go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, digital innovations, and industry best practices. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to shared learning across the marketing team.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide recommendations to refine campaigns. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from field sales reps to senior leadership.
  • Strong presentation and material development skills, with a provider-focused lens. 
  • Analytical approach to performance tracking, reporting, and optimization. 
  • Demonstrated experience and proven success in planning and executing impactful events, from strategy through post-event evaluation, driving engagement, and meeting organizational goals.
  • Proven track record of managing external vendors, including print and promotional partners, to ensure high-quality deliverables, cost efficiency, and on-time execution.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable) is preferred. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or B2B setting.
  • Able to travel; this role will require up to 20% travel
