CCS is looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to join our Patient Engagement team and help us drive meaningful connections with patients through innovative omnichannel campaigns. As a key player in this role, you'll help design and execute compelling email and SMS campaigns, craft engaging educational content, and analyze campaign performance to continually optimize our efforts. You'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that works to help support our patients on their journey to better health.  

• Lead and Execute Patient-Focused Campaigns: Create and manage engaging communications, from email and SMS to webinars, that educate and support our patients every step of the way. 

• Develop Engaging Content Across Channels: Build and curate educational materials for our website, blog, and social media platforms. Partner with our Clinical and Marketing Ops teams to maintain our editorial calendar. 

• Optimize Campaigns for Impact: Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure all efforts align with both short- and long-term business goals. 

• Manage Surveys and Feedback Loops: Design, implement, and report on surveys (currently in Qualtrics) to gather valuable insights and drive decision-making. 

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams to stay aligned with initiatives like product launch timelines and strategies. 

• Maintain Marketing Assets: Keep marketing-related email inboxes organized and respond to requests as needed. 

• Tackle Special Projects: Take on various exciting projects as directed by management, contributing to both team and company growth. 

• Continuously improving email engagement metrics 

• Support efforts to improve retention rate and referral conversion rate 

• Social platform engagement 

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 

• Experience: 1-3 years in lifecycle, retention, customer or content marketing. Plus experience creating and executing email/SMS campaigns. 

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities. You're a pro at writing compelling briefs and developing creative content that resonates including writing, editing and proofreading marketing materials. 

• Project Management: You’re a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, while staying on track and meeting deadlines. 

• Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and growing in the marketing, sales, and communication fields. You're always eager to take on new challenges and find ways to exceed expectations. 

• Tech-Savvy Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc. Bonus points if you know Iterable! 

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for in-person meetings.
