Position Summary:
As the Senior Consultant Digital Health, you will be a critical member of the CCS Health team. You will be responsible for understanding, automating, and maintaining customer reports to enable the development of strategies that drive new customer relationships and current customer engagement for the CCS Health business. You will be a key member of the account management team, delivering analytically robust customer reporting to channel partners, including health plans and employer customers to enhance the customer and member experience. You will also be a critical partner to the CCS finance and analytics teams assisting with creating business reports and developing procedures.
Primary responsibilities include using data to develop a compelling narrative for customer retention, growth, and acquisition. You will do this by analyzing clinical and financial data provided by our customers and derived from our care management activities and our biometric devices. This role will also assist the finance and analytics teams to generate data and reporting that brings to life customer perspectives and opportunities that materially improve the ability to achieve short- and long-term patient outcomes. Success in this role will require effective collaboration with the Digital Health team, key business functions as well as external stakeholders and partners.
The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Digital Health Account Management. The position location is flexible, but the placement must be willing to travel on a limited basis.
