  • Overview

    Responsible for overseeing all processes and procedures for departmental employees.  These responsibilities include providing training for new employees, on-going education of intermediate employees, assistance in coordination of work process flows, and informational support.

    Responsibilities

    • Compiles and processes call statistics and review material for department manager
    • Facilitates intermediate employee training
    • Assists supervisor/manager with employee training and development initiatives
    • Demonstrates accountability and responsiveness to the needs of patients
    • Assists in coordinating work process flow
    • Develops on-going evaluations for accuracy
    • Tracks and reports productivity to ensure goals are met by individuals and by the overall team
    • Ensures proper documentation of unbilled procedures which are not to exceed monthly maximum
    • Monitors internal errors
    • Participates in developing department incentives program
    • Coordinates employee schedules
    • Communicates to management any recommendations, questions and/or concerns that may affect the performance improvement of the department and CCS Medical
    • Leads by example to promote professionalism in all areas

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent and 3+ years call center experience and/or training and a minimum of one year CCS Medical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in various situations; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
