As a Strategic Account Manager for LivingConnected, you will be responsible for owning, maintaining and driving growth within your assigned clients (self-insured employers, municipalities, health plans, and health systems) by assisting with implementation, effectively setting and managing expectations, leading the account planning cycle and ensuring all client needs are met. You will need to cultivate strong professional relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for all company products and services, drive new growth and client retention.
