Overview

Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers by performing implementation, account management, leading the account planning cycle and ensuring all customer needs are met.   Cultivates strong professional relationships and serves as the single point of contact for all company products and services. Builds and executes account strategy to drive revenue growth.

 

 

Responsibilities

    • Oversight and management of all products and services associated with assigned accounts
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with client key personnel
    • Coordinates company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
    • Leads joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for select periods
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
    • Develops and monitors account implementation plans and project timelines in accordance with agreement to meet customer expectations
    • Conducts kick-off meetings with new clients to review client expectations and implementation plan with milestones and deliverables
    • Coordinates and communicates on all aspects of implementation internally and externally
    • Organizes, convenes and documents project team meetings to present and review project activities, establish deadlines, and keep project on track
    • Conducts regular business review meetings with clients to provide project status and reporting
    • Meets required sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
    • Identifies new sales and growth opportunities within existing accounts
    • Engages account executives and/or subject matter experts to present to clients
    • Develops, implements and monitors sales plans
    • Provides product and service training demonstrations to new and existing clients
    • Training demonstrations will include use of devices, online portals, and applications
    • Manages and prioritizes time for sales activities
    • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
    • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
    • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPPA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements
    • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree (AA) preferred, and 3 years of customer service experience the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum of 1 year prior sales or telemarketing call center experience preferred
  • Prefer Sales and/or Account Management experience in:

           * Remote patient monitoring (RPM) space

           * TPA/ASO environments (BCBS, United, Cigna, et al)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to manage accounts appropriately
  • Maintains a knowledge of specialty products and how to sell based on profitably is necessary
  • Reads and interprets documents such as print material, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Speaks effectively before groups of vendors or employees of the organization and writes routine reports and correspondence
  • Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Deals with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivational with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Possesses strong assertiveness and motivational skills
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment
