    As a Strategic Account Manager for LivingConnected, you will be responsible for owning, maintaining and driving growth within your assigned clients (self-insured employers, municipalities, health plans, and health systems) by assisting with implementation, effectively setting and managing expectations, leading the account planning cycle and ensuring all client needs are met.   You will need to cultivate strong professional relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for all company products and services, drive new growth and client retention.     Responsibilities

    • Oversight and management of all products and services associated with assigned accounts

     

    • Establish productive, professional relationships with client key personnel
    • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams of company personnel, channel partners, brokers, and clients
    • Leads joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for select periods
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
    • Develops and monitors account implementation plans and project timelines in accordance with agreement to meet customer expectations
    • Conducts kick-off meetings with new clients to review client expectations and implementation plan with milestones and deliverables
    • Provides product service and training demonstrations to new and existing clients
    • Coordinates and communicates on all aspects of implementation internally and externally
    • Organizes, convenes and documents project team meetings to present and review project activities, establish deadlines, and keep project on track
    • Conducts regular business review meetings with clients to provide project status and reporting
    • Meets required sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
    • Identifies new sales and growth opportunities within existing accounts
    • Develops, implements and monitors annual account plans for growth
    • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
    • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
    • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPPA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements
    • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree (AA) preferred, and 3 years of account management experience or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    • Prefer Sales and/or Account Management experience in:
      • Remote patient monitoring (RPM)
      • TPA/ASO environments (BCBS, United, Cigna, el al)
    • Ability to travel up to 30%
    • Demonstrated experience and results in account management, client renewals, and growth
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to manage accounts appropriately
    • Strong consultative and analytical skills
    • Capable of building and maintaining knowledge of company products
    • Highly effective speaking and presentation skills at the group and down to the individual level
    • Applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
    • Deals with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
    • Self-motivational with the ability to work independently
    • Possesses strong assertiveness and motivational skills
    • Must work well in a fast-paced environment
